FOOD SAFETY TRAINING

Basic Food Hygiene Trainings Course (6 hrs.)

Target Audience : Everyone who is related to food handling jobs

Target Organizations : Hotels, Restaurants, Cafes, Food Warehouses, Food Catering, Butchery, Supermarkets, Hypermarkets or any company / manufacturing firm that handles or prepares food

Duration: 6 hrs

Certification : Those who successfully complete the training and exam will be provided certificate by the Training Centre and one certificate by Dubai Municipality mentioning all the names of participants who successfully completed the program.

Person in Charge Trainings – Level 2 (2 Days)

Target Audience: managers, supervisors and persons responsible Cafeteria, butchery, fruits & vegetable store, Groceries / Supermarkets.

Target Organizations: Cafes, Cafeterias, Food Warehouses, Supermarkets, Hypermarkets
Duration: 2 days – (6 hrs per day)
Certification: Those who successfully complete the training and exam will be provided certificate by the Invigilation Authority, approved by Dubai Municipality

Person in Charge – Level 3 (3 Days)

Target Audience : managers, supervisors, team leaders and persons responsible in managing food in catering services, hotels, restaurant, & food retail industry.

Duration : 3 days – (6 hrs per day)

Certification : Those who successfully complete the training and exam will be provided certificate by the Invigilation Authority, approved by Dubai Municipality. Those who pass the exam has the chance to apply for International Certificate as well.

Intermediate Food safety Training Course – Level 3 (3 Days)

Target Audience : Management Executives

Target Organizations : Restaurants, Hotels, Catering Services, Food Manufacturing Industry

Duration : 3 days – (6 hrs per day)

Certification : Those who successfully compete the training will be provided with Certificate from Certification Body.
